The Kitchenette of the Future Dust was a collaborative art project developed as part of Interactivos?’19: Eating against the collapse at Medialab Matadero. It focused on exploring food preservation through dehydration and envisioning new ways of consuming food. The project also involved creating a plan for sharing and replicating the project in different locations worldwide, designing food products, and speculating on the idea for the future.
The project took place at the Medialab Matadero of the Madrid City Council in Spain.
