"Litoral Huerta marítima" is a desalination system of seawater at a low cost for producing organic food at the family level, which proposes a solution to a problem of agriculture that depends on fresh water and puts pressure on this resource.
This initiative was carried out within the framework of the LABICCR (Citizen Innovation Laboratory) in Guanacaste, Costa Rica promoted by the Ibero-American General Secretariat SEGIB, the Government of Costa Rica, and Earth University.
